Mother-Daughter Vision Board Afternoon – Jan

Create during your summer holiday with a special afternoon for you and your tween/teen daughter(s)

• Are you looking for an activity to strengthen your bond with your 10 to 16 year old tween/teen daughter?

  • create something meaningful together?
  • share dreams, have fun, and revel in the creative process?
  • set intentions for the next year with trust and faith in your dreams?
  • walk away with a personalised vision board?

This isn’t just a ‘cutting and gluing pictures on a board’ workshop. This is a unique experience guided by an experienced facilitator.

During this workshop, you’ll learn powerful techniques for manifesting your ideal life while deepening your connection with your daughter. Helena will assist both of you to create your own wheel of life, allowing for reflection on various aspects of your lives. After considering which area(s) of your life to focus on, what to commit to, and what to let go of, you will craft your vision board. You’ll also engage in bonding activities with your daughter before, during, and at the conclusion of the workshop.

Your vision boards will be a tangible representation of what resides in both your hearts, providing energy and motivation to fuel the effort needed to realise your dreams; fostering a deeper connection with your daughter.

All necessary supplies will be provided, but please free to bring along anything that inspires you so that you can share it or add to your board; for example: photographs of you and your daughter, family, pets, dream destinations, images, quotes, etc.

• One booking secures spots for two attendees, meaning only one booking is needed for both you and your daughter.
