When I found about this event I was so relieved and wanted to attend as I have been struggling to talk to my daughter about her pending body changes. Thank you Helena for making it such a beautiful experience for both of us. I loved the deep sharing from the other mums and daughters too – what a privilege to be a part of such an intimate experience.
